  • 6-8 pieces Wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes

How to Make Pesto Grilled Shrimp
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the basil pesto, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil until well blended.
  2. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade, tossing them gently to coat each piece. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for about 400°F.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers, aiming for 5-6 shrimp per skewer.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the grill and serve immediately, drizzled with additional pesto.
