How to Make Potsticker Salad
- In a non-stick skillet, heat your potstickers over medium heat according to the package instructions. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 7-10 minutes.
- Grab a large bowl and combine the mixed greens, thinly sliced cucumbers, and shredded carrots. Toss gently.
- Drizzle the sesame dressing over your salad mixture and toss gently again.
- Arrange the cooked potstickers on top of the salad.
- Sprinkle sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds over the top.
