Preparation Steps
- Pour evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, optional cloves, and rum into your blender.
- Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste your Coquito and adjust sweetness or spice as needed.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for an ultra-smooth texture.
- Transfer your Coquito into glass bottles or jars, using a funnel for ease.
- Refrigerate your Coquito for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, shake the Coquito well and garnish with cinnamon sticks or ground cinnamon.
- Pour the chilled Coquito into glasses and enjoy.
