Ingredients
  

For the Creamy Base
  • 1 can Evaporated milk
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can Cream of coconut
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
For Flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cloves optional
For the Kick
  • 1 cup White rum
For Garnishing
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon sticks optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Pour evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, optional cloves, and rum into your blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste your Coquito and adjust sweetness or spice as needed.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for an ultra-smooth texture.
  5. Transfer your Coquito into glass bottles or jars, using a funnel for ease.
  6. Refrigerate your Coquito for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, shake the Coquito well and garnish with cinnamon sticks or ground cinnamon.
  8. Pour the chilled Coquito into glasses and enjoy.
