  • ½ cup Honey or maple syrup
Crunch
  • 1 cup Mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
Spices
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
Sweet Finish
  • 1 cup Dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine rolled oats, chopped mixed nuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together pumpkin puree and honey (or maple syrup) in a separate bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients, stirring until thoroughly combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Cool the granola completely and mix in the dried fruit before storing in an airtight container.
