How to Make Reuben Balls
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the chopped corned beef, well-drained sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, and eggs in a large bowl.
  3. Scoop about two tablespoons of the mixture and gently roll into golf ball-sized balls.
  4. Arrange the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they turn golden brown and are crisp on the outside.
  6. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  7. Serve warm alongside the dipping sauce.
