Crostini Base
  • 12 oz Fresh baguette sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for drizzling
Topping
  • 2 cups Fresh cranberries
  • 4 oz Soft goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Combine cranberries, honey, and thyme in a bowl.
  4. Roast the cranberries for 20 minutes and the baguette slices for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Spread goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice and top with roasted cranberries.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional thyme.
