Cooking Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot. Add 8 oz of linguine or spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add 1 lb of peeled and deveined prawns, seasoning with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of chili flakes. Cook until the prawns turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in 1 can (14 oz) of diced tomatoes and let it simmer for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing until well coated. Add reserved pasta water if the sauce seems dry.
- Dish out your Spicy Chilli Prawn Pasta immediately. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes
Optionally, sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley for a vibrant finish. Marinate prawns in olive oil, salt, and chili flakes for 15 minutes before cooking for enhanced flavor.
