Meatballs Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the ground lamb, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, egg, spices, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs, about 2 tablespoons each, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked through and browned.
- Serve the warm meatballs alongside the green goddess dip.
Green Goddess Dip Preparation
- Blend the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, avocado, parsley, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
