  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated fresh

How to Make Sweet Chilli Minced Pork Meatballs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, ensuring every bite is packed with flavor.
  4. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into uniform-sized meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  5. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 8 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  6. Broil the meatballs under high heat for 1-2 minutes for a crispy finish.
