Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Crumble in the Italian sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and baby spinach to the skillet. Sauté for about 2 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant and the spinach wilts.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Let this simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  5. Meanwhile, boil the penne pasta according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain the pasta.
  6. Combine the drained pasta with the creamy sauce in the skillet. Toss to coat everything thoroughly.
  7. Dish out the Tuscan Sausage Pasta hot, and top it generously with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
