- Gather all your ingredients on the countertop.
- Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Combine the drained cannellini beans and lemon juice into the skillet. Gently stir and cook for another minute.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Optionally add red pepper flakes.
- Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Finish by removing from heat and stirring in the chopped parsley.
